    System mount error

I was using BBgrew from last 2 mnths.
One day i decided to go back to stock rom.
    1) i backed up rom by nandroid
    2) and tried to restore stock rom ..
Then suddenly a msg appeared on screen saying 'system mount error'
Then i got scared and tried to flash bbgrew which was recently backed up..
    Then again same msg appeared.
I tried formatting phone and all other things. All things done correctly but the mount system and format system..
Tried rebooting phone but it got stucked in dzb logo..

I got it repaired in a repair shop.
Now it is like new piece.. Non rooted..

1)Now can anyone tell me what mistake i made??
WHat actually happened to phone ??
2)How can i get it repaired at home if this happen again?
    Hoe can i avoid this
    3) what precautions hv to tke nxt time when restoring Roms??

i think i know what is your query
    1. your cwm backup of stock rom restored and you have a system mount error
    reasons possible
1.1 different kernel base and backup rom kernel base next time try that both are same to avoid errors
1.2 stock rom on rfs format and bb on ext format see cwm backup thing it will be like rfs.system or ext.system
    2. if you want to go back to stock use odin with a pit file to reformat all partitions to rfs with stock kernel
    3. you cannot flash z kernel after destroying your partition table
    4. you can install z kernel on stock on make a backup of stock on rfs [cause all kernel dont support ext4 ] then use bb on z only and restore it on z then flash stock kernel

if you think answer is correct then thanks and if you have a question or did'nt understood something then ask

Pit file is partition table information file - it's needed for full partition table restore...
I attached pit file for S6102...
