Post QUESTION - how to setup connection in web server and git ?

how to setup connection in web server and git ?
i mean i have a web server and a development team who do their work on git but i have to manually download the changes and apply them but can the changes be auto synced to server and if a change on server is made it should be pushed to git can this be done ?
as i cannot allow everyone on server but i can allow everone on git and it can be easily seen who is doing what on git too so work can also be tracked
    hoping to get a solution
    thanks

It can be easily done by cron script and special git ssh key for server. Next time don't open 3 threads with same topic!

Because I closed 2 extra threads with same question...

You should follow this tutorial here... Auto committing changes from server to github is not a good idea - you will run in conflicts when someone will edit files on github in same time while you are editing files on server. So, you should not edit any files on server to avoid unneeded conflicts and merging.
